Levius Prague Apartment is located in the centre of a virtual square created by Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti), National Theatre (Narodni Divadlo), Charles Bridge and Old Town Square (Staromestske Namesti) the most famous landmarks in the centre of Prague.

The most pleasant and easiest way to get around the centre is on foot, just a few steps and few minutes from your stay in your Apartment.

Levius Prague Apartment in Louvre Building

Levius Prague Apartment - Your apartment is located on the second floor in this beautiful early 20th century building just above Le Patio Restaurant and the iconic Cafe Louvre. The entrace is located to the right of the entrance to Le Patio, in the centre-right of the above photo.


Charles Bridge Prague Night

Charles Bridge (Karluv Most) - 5 minute walk from the apartment.

This beautiful 14th century stone bridge spanning the Vltava river is home not just to the carefully sculpted saints and images of the Czech Republic but also some of its most eclectic city artisans. When crossing the river you can enjoy the sights and sounds of jazz musicians, the unique figurines, photos, puppets, and jewelry stands, as well as having your caraciture drawn from one of many numerous artists.

The bridge affords you one of the most beautiful fairytale sights in Prague, with its view of the historic Prague Castle and St. Vitus cathedral. Early morning walks are a perfect time to catch a peaceful and memorable view.

National Theatre Prague

National Theatre (Narodni Divadlo) is located on the same street - 2 minute walk from the apartment.

The Czech National Theatre was built by public subscription during the 19th century in the period known as the Czech Renaissance. A beautiful building topped with a gold dome and mythic sculptures, illuminated at night, and located directly on the river.

The theatre offers opera, ballet, and drama performances in Czech and often in English. Next to the National Theatre is the world famous Laterna Magika, a specially designed theatre performance incoporating recording, puppets, and live actors and music-a great experience for the whole family.

Old Town Square Prague

Old Town Square (Staromestske Namesti) - 6 minute walk from the apartment.

The Old Town Square is undisputed focal point of the historic city with streets radiating off towards the Jewish Quarter, the Small Quarter, Wenceslas Square, and Narodni. Some of the most notable sights can be glimpsed on the square including the 400 year old astronomical clock, pictured above, as well as the High Gothic St. Tyn Cathedral, the Baroque St. Nicolas Cathedral, the Mucha museum, the statue to Jan Hus, and offering all services to visitors including information centers, currency exchange, and international calling centers.

Old Town Square is outfitted with a number of outdoor seating pubs and cafes to relax and lots of small and creative shops selling art, Czech granat jewelry, and famous Bohemian glassware.
Wenceslas Square Prague

Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti) is located on the same street - 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Wenceslas square is the central thoroughfare of the Prague centre with the Czech National History Muzeum and the picturesque Saint Wenceslas horse statue located at the top of the square, pictured above.

This square is reminiscent of the most important events in Czech history including the student marches that culminated in the 1989 Czechoslovak revolution. Both sides of the main boulevard provide numerous shops and restaurants to attract you on the way up to view the statue and muzeum.
